NEW PRIVATE SOLAR HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND 103 DEGREE HEATED WHIRLPOOL EXCLUSIVELY FOR OUR GUESTS. ALSO A NEW 2000 SQ FT POOLSIDE CABANA WITH 20' X 20' BUFFET KITCHEN, 2 BATHS AND A LARGE SOCIAL AREA FOR SMALL WEDDINGS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS OR CORPARATE EVENTS. We have 3 separate 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1600 square foot villas on the oceanfront bluffs with a breath-taking view located at San Antonio Del Mar, 12 miles from San Diego, located off the toll road at Km 19½ across from Real Del Mar Country Club. The club has fine restaurants, shops, snack bars and a beautiful golf course. San Antonio is a gated community with 24 hour guards. In the complex there is a mini market. There is an ocean-front community swimming pool, park and tennis courts seven blocks from the villas and can be reached by a pleasant walk down the beach.
The villas have beautiful Mexican decor with large patios overlooking the ocean and have built-in charcoal barbques. The villas come supplied with TV (direct TV with 185 channels), VCR, DVD, stereo, radio, tape , CD, Direct TV cable ( We have NFL Sunday Sports Package,NHL Hockey and Golfers-Real Del Mar just 3 minutes away], INTERNET ACCESS VIA SATILITE, microwave stove, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishes and cooking utensils. All bedding and beach towels are supplied, but please BRING beach towels, soap and paper goods (including toilet tissue). A king sized bed in the master bedroom overlooks the beach below through blue tinted glass. The master bath has a Mexican tiled tub for two. We supply binoculars, robes, shower jell and kitchen soap. A washer and dryer are available for weekly stays. There are 5 gallon electric water dispensers in each unit. Trash bags are provided. Five gallons of Sparkletts water for $4.00. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath. Units that sleep 9 and 10 have kitchen seating for 9 and 10. The top villa is at street level. It is 15 steps to the second villa and another 15 steps to the third villa, which is nearest to the beach.
We are located 5 minutes from Rosarito, which has many fun places to eat and dance. The villas allow you to see the beautiful waves rolling to the shore. There are private steps leading down to the beach. The sand is beautiful in the summer time. We have rocks and tidal pools filled with sea urchins etc. in the winter. Being here is like being on a ship where you can see water from all directions. Mother nature entertains you with an assortment of birds both on the beach and in the sky. Seals sometimes sun on our steps and you will see dolphins surfing the waves two or three times a day. The sunsets are unforgettable and you cannot top our incredible 180 degree view. We keep our photos current. The villas are spacious, clean, comfortable and private.
DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS:
Take I-5 or I-805 to the Mexican border. After crossing the border follow the signs [on the right] to Rosarito via sceanic toll road RTE 1. When you see the Real Del Mar exit continue on the toll road under the overpass and exit to the right almost immediately. There is a green sign on the right that says San Antonio NTE. Turn right into the complex. This is the north entrance to San Antonio . Pass through the guard station and continue straight down the road [TORNADO] to the ocean Turn left at the ocean and proceed one block to the end of the street. The villas sit on the right with a flagstone and tile parking area in front. We are located next door with a sign at the entrance saying PAT AND BOB. Come to the house to get keys or to see the villas.The area is quiet and private with very little traffic. The address is 1001 Duna.
San Antonio
San Antonio/San Antonio Del Mar, is a gated community 4 miles north of Rosarito, off the toll road. The villas are less than a minute from the guard station and exit. The villas are on a dead-end street with little traffic and they have an off-street cement parking area for 5 cars. There is an ocean-front park next to the villas. We have a sign next to our garage that says "Pat & Bob". The arch leads you to our house and the keys.
Tijuana
Tijuana is 10 miles from Rosarito and offers gourmet food, golf courses, the Rio, and a large shopping mall with a secure parking lot. There are horse and greyhound races at Caliente Race Track. There are many tile stores with beautiful tiles from Mexico, Spain, and Italy, with better selections and prices. You are allowed to take $800 worth of merchandise per person back across the U.S. border. If you like carved furniture there is a large selection. Also beautiful pottery items, ponds, and bird baths that are usually much cheaper than can be found stateside.
Why Rosarito?
As you drive down the toll road you see green hills with horses and cows on one side and the ocean on the other. The beautiful sandy beach offers surfing and fishing and is perfect for 3 wheelers, kayaks and bicycles. Leashed dogs and bonfires are allowed on the beach. Dentistry and medicine are usually 30 to 50 % cheaper than stateside. Plastic surgery and lipo suction are 30 to 50% cheaper too. Mexico is famous for its food venders. Look for the stands that have people waiting. The food doesn't come any fresher than fresh off the charcoal grill. The menus contain; carne asada (steak), Bar-b-Q pork, fresh fish tacos, chicken and tortas (similar to a steak sandwich or a submarine with steak, ham, veal and cheese).

Weekly one night free
Security deposit $400 per villa. The deposit is not part of the rental payment but will returned 15 days after your departure less any damage. Undisclosed guests or pets will be immediate eviction and forfeit of rental and security payment.
Cleaning fee $50 to $100 per villa
$100 cabana
Pets only with permission and a $50 fee per pet and must have portable kennel.
Cancellation Policy-50% of payment returned if we can rerent villa for the same amount
Rental payment due 45 days prior to start date of rental, personal check, Bank transfer, visa, mastercard, or paypal accepted.
Early check in [11 am] or late check out [4 pm] is $100 extra per villa

All 3 Villas are 3 bed, 2 bath and constructed with concrete. They are soundproof and keep a very comfortable temperature with fans in all rooms. Blue tinted glass surrounds each Villa. It is heat resistant and glare-free for your viewing enjoyment. There is propane heat for winter, and electric water coolers with 5 gallon bottles of Sparkletts water available for $4.00.
VILLA #1 sleeps 6-8 with a king bed in the master bedroom and 1 queen bed in each of the other bedrooms - plus a queen sleaper sofa in the living room. This is street level - perfect for the handicapped.
VILLA #2 is 15 steps lower. It sleeps 11 with a king bed in the master bedroom. Another bedroom has 2 full beds and another bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.
VILLA #3 is another 15 steps below #2. It sleeps 10 with a king bed in the master bedroom. Two full beds in 1 bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.
All together, the 3 villas can sleep 26 very comfortably. You can rent 1, 2 or 3 villas. Three villas have 13 beds and 3 sleeper sofas.
