This property is close to historic downtown Beaufort, yet in a very quiet and tranquil location. Vaulted ceilings and extensive glass facing West give out to gorgeous views of marsh and live oaks and the Beaufort River, as well as incredible sunsets. The house is 5 minutes from town, 15 minutes from Paris Island and 20 minutes from Hunting Island State Park and the beach. There is a public boat launch a half mile from the house.
The house is an A-frame with two stories. Renovations have been done in 2005, including tile thoughout ground floor, and all new bathrooms and appliances. There is high speed internet access for those with their own laptops.
The adjacent property (listing #12885) is also available for rental, and has an additional capacity for four persons.
There is a fenced area for dogs at the side of the house. This is a non-smoking rental.
