This recently renovated ocean-side apartment is located in the town of Dorado, about 30 minutes from San Juan Airport.Dorado is a growing community, which blends all up-to-date facilities, with a small-town ambiance.
The apartment complex, Villas de Playa I, is located in the Dorado del Mar sector,next to the new Dorado Embassy Suites Hotel and very near the Dorado Beach Hotel.
The property is a three level villa, with a lovely view of the Sardinera Beach area from the terrace of the master bedroom on the third floor.It is ideal for relaxing, with the sound of the breaking waves always present.
It is very close to five golf course, including the well known Dorado Beach East course.The property is right on the ocean, with the beach less than 100 ft away. The area is great for walking next to the ocean, on the Rockefeller trail of the Dorado Beach;There is a beautiful sunset view from the beach.
