Located on Cancun's most pristine stretch of white sandy beach, Condominios Brisas offers 24-hour security, a mini deli, pool, kiddie pool, tennis, great wide sand beach with "palapa's" for shade, ample parking. We are a residential community located where you can enjoy a peaceful get-away and yet are only minutes away from the night life Cancun provides and is so famous for.
Our Vacation Rental condos contain amenities to make your stay with us a comfortable one. The kitchens are modern and fully-equipped with large refrigerator/freezer, 4 top stove (and oven in the penthouse), microwave ovens, coffee makers, toaster, cookware & dinner ware, blender, linens, beach towels, hairdryer. Our bedding is of superior quality. Extra pillows, blankets, and crib are provided upon request.
Our spacious, two-story corner penthouse has king bed in mbr with 2 balcony's overlooking ocean and lagoon. #2 br has 2 twin beds (can be pushed together) and 14 ft. of window overlooking the lagoon. It features an Italian design kitchen and island with black granite countertops. Enjoy coffee overlooking the ocean in our glass enclosed breakfast nook, two large balconies, or full-size rooftop sundeck boasting panoramic vistas of Cancun, the Caribbean Sea, and the lagoon. The large living room has a wrap-around balcony that lets you view the lagoon with it's fabulous sunsets, and the cool, bluegreen, clear caribbean sea. It includes a Dbl sleeper sofa, DVD, cable TV and a private telephone line. This condo has central air conditioning.
We can provide info on tour operators or activities you may wish to engage in. Being owners for over 20 years, we can assist you in your selections.
