Holiday Season Rate (Dec. 23, 2006 to Jan. 6, 2007):
$995/week for up to 4 guests. Add $50/week each additional guest.
3 night minimum stay, 5 nights or more in Summer, 7 nights at Holiday. HOWEVER, shorter stays between established bookings are welcome, so please inquire.
NORMAL out-cleaning charge: $100 for 2 guests, $125 for 3 or more guests. 11.42% State taxes. $400 refundable security deposit applies. Available Year-Round.
