Property Information
This property is located just two short blocks from the town square and one block from the library (housing the largest English language collection in Mexico). Completely remodeled, this light and spacious historic Colonial house is the perfect home base to explore San Miguel. With plenty of skylights and windows this house is always bright and cheery. With 2200 square feet you can have plenty of privacy.
The Main House has two levels of living space and then a rooftop garden with a beautiful 360-degree view of San Miguel. You can sip your margarita and listen to the sounds of Old Mexico while sitting and viewing the beautiful and historic town center and mountains.
You enter the property through a covered walkway. The first floor has a nice spacious living area with Cable TV and a fireplace. There is a separate dining area and kitchen. The first floor bedroom with bath opens on the patio and the sound of the fountain will lull you to sleep. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms and each bedroom has a bath. The master bedroom opens onto another private patio (Have breakfast on the patio) with a stairway to the roof garden that overlooks the entire city of San Miguel. The third bedroom overlooks the interior courtyard and patio.
This home is perfect for a family or three couples. Maid service six days a week, cook five days a week, and gardener three days a week. All included.
