Charming "Mountain High" sits at 3000 ft. elevation, bordered by the Pisgah National Forest and is easily accessed right off a paved road - 151. The gated driveway is lined by tall Hemlocks, Oaks, Poplars, and wild Rhododendrons, winding up to the house and garage.
Tranquil and private, there's plenty of space for the kids to romp and play.
Hardwood floors, stained glass, stone walls, antiques, a window wall, stone fire-place (gas) are just some of the unique features in Mountain High. The fully equipped kitchen (all new appliances incl. dishwasher) opens conveniently to the dining area where a large oak table looks out over the deck, forest and hills ( no houses in view). Comfortable beds, luxury bedding. 2 Queens, 2 twins, 1 futon. Sleeps 8
The new Creekside Guest House/gameroom - 30'x25'Great Room w/ high volume ceiling,is equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, gas log fireplace, 42" HDTV with home theater, pool table, board games, double set of French doors that open large screened furnished deck overlooking the creek. A perfect gathering place! Amenties include gas grill, table, chairs, rockers. Sleeps 4. Comfortable Queen sofa bed - comfortable queen inflatable air mattress.

Comfortable beds are a priority! On one side of Mountain High, the master bedroom(new queen pillowtop) - guest bedroom(new queen pillowtop) has attached room with a daybed and trundle - one full bath located in the hall between the two. The 4th bedroom(on the other side of the house) has a comfy futon and bathroom with washer/dryer. This split plan makes an ideal family set-up!
