Located on a corner, across the street from a small private naturalized beach, in a charming water community. Convenient to shopping and less than 15 minutes to downtown New Haven, and internationally renown
Yale University. The house is uniquely designed with main living area on the upper level, accessed by a small spiral staircase originating in the front entryway. It has an open floor plan, with living room, dining area and galley kitchen. Sliding glass doors off the living room open onto the front deck. The
master bedroom features a dome skylight, as well as sliding glass doors leading to a rear deck which overlooks a small, professionally landscaped garden and yard. A bathroom w/ shower is off the hallway between the kitchen and master bedroom. A guest bedroom w/ sitting room and bath are on the first level, just beyond the entryway. A bakery and a fine dining restaurant are within leisure, picturesque walking distance, and a small local country market is adjacently across the street.
