Paradise has an address, it is 11K. Our villa is designed with relaxation and pampering in mind and welcomes you with the serenity of a luxury retreat.
Features of our recently completed 3-bedroom, 2 Bath ground floor unit include graciously appointed furnishings; gourmet kitchen with African mahogany cabinetry; granite counter tops; central air conditioning; ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room; central lighting controls; an enormous tiled master bath with separate large tub and dual head shower; and a lanai that features Koa Wood cabinetry, gourmet Viking gas grill and rotisserie, convenient mini refrigerator, and sink. The large sliding retractable pocket doors bring together the lanai and living areas in a natural flow to provide an incredible Kolea tropical setting.
11K is located within steps to the Kolea Beach Club with its infinity edge pool, natural lava hot tub, children’s pool with a sand bottom and waterfall, open-air workout facility overlooking the pool and ocean, and incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.
Located on the Big Island’s Kohala Coast premier resort location, Kolea is the jewel of the island next to the extraordinary sites of Anaeho’omalu Bay (A-Bay) and the only residential community in Waikoloa with direct beach access. A beach famed for its soft sands, gentle waters and temperate seawater.
Kolea is also within a convenient walk the upscale Shops at the Kings Shops and to the Hilton Hotel's amazing Kohala Spa and ocean-side restaurants. There are two championship golf courses in Waikoloa to round out Waikoloa Resort life.

High Season - Dec. 18th to April 15th, June 11th to Sept. 15th every year:
3-4 Nights = $425.00
5-6 Nights = $410.00
7-10 Nights = $400.00
11+ Nights = $375.00
Low Season - Sept. 16th to Dec. 17th, April 16th to June 10th every year:
3-4 Nights = $400.00
5-6 Nights = $380.00
7-10 Nights = $360.00
11+ Nights = $340.00
Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $225.00. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of one-nights lodging and one-nights rent is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
