We invite you and your family to be OUR GUESTS! Come and enjoy a 12 mile long, beautiful, wide beach of ivory sand, one of the biggest attractions among many, while vacationing on our OCEANVIEW, LUXURY 362 SEA SIDE VILLA, the fifth villa from the ocean-end of the Sea Side complex, on a beautiful stretch of Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. You may come to Hilton Head for many reasons-all of them enhanced by where you stay.
If you are looking for LUXURY but are on a budget, THIS IS THE VILLA TO RENT! It is perfect for a small family with young children, or a couple vacationing by themselves. We welcome up to four adult guests in our villa. Best of all, you are just a few steps from the beach, on first ocean side section of this Complex.
Our newly remodeled 362 SEA SIDE Villa is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa with a large balcony overlooking the Ocean. Plus, you will enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay.
Park your car and you don't even have to get in it again. It is only walking distance to all Forest Beach has to offer. Coligny Plaza, Beach Shops, Restaurants, Water Fun Park, Marina, Movie Theaters, Tiki Bar, Night Clubs, and miles and miles of Bike Trails (which you can catch right from our complex). But if you do need to do some driving, the Sea Side Complex is conveniently located on the south side of the island, with easy access to Rt 278 and the Cross Island Parkway.
Savannah Airport less than 1 hour away, by car.
Our Villa has an unique floor plan, new tiles and carpet, fresh paint allover, new kitchen cabinetry and appliances! The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots & pans, etc. Accommodations include a queen bed in the bedroom, and a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large flat screen TV, VCR and Radio/DVD player, and a 4-seat comfortable table. Everything is BRAND NEW! Linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully-equipped for the cooks in the family!

High Season - Weekly rentals preferred, minimum stay 5 nights on the same week.
Nightly rentals (3 or 5 nights) shall be on the same week, unless are in addition to a week rental.
Weeks runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Spring break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year - higher rates!
All Rates include initial supply of linens, towels, and departure cleaning.
We accept personal checks, major credit cards or PayPal payments. 5 % booking fee is waved if paid by personal checks
$200.00 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
