Grumpy and Happy Suites is a very large and spacious house for rent in San Pedro, on Ambergris Caye Belize with its own large and deep private pool and beautiful grounds. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood less that a few hundred feet from the beach. Children are welcome and there is sleeping facilities for toddlers and younger. Children 12 years of age and younger are FREE.
There are 3 very large luxurious and fully equipped independent suites in the house that are, completely furnished, decorated and secure. Each suite is sound proofed and has a private entrance. We call the suites Villa One, Villa Two, and Villa Three. They can be rented individually or in combos for larger groups.
Villa One- 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 3000 square feet. Villa Two - 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms and 2400 square foot. Villa Three - is a 700 square foot 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom suite. Please view the photo Gallery and Floor Plan pages of each Villa.

All the villas have Cable TVs in every room (including the bedrooms), screened and private porches and a fenced back yard with a picnic table for your pleasure. Villa 1 and 2 have a washer and dryer. All have telephone and WiFi internet access. All have fully equipped kitchens. Towels and linens are supplied.
The villas are close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and shopping. Right next door is a beautiful green-belt that is home to a wide variety of birds, iguanas and other interesting wildlife. The Private Pool is 30 X 50 feet and 10 feet deep with surrounding privacy fence.
This is not a hotel or resort type accommodation with small rooms. This is a very spacious home away from home, roomy and comfortable. House keeping and a cook is available on request.

| Property Activities |

There many activities and tours that we can arrange for you. From Cave tubing to Jungle Canopy Zip Line tours. Try a trip to the Belize Zoo or The Mayan Ruins and see animals in their own environment. Sea Doo Rental, Parasailing and windsurfing are all available. Fishing trips are a common request from our guests and we have relationships with great guides that we have worked with for years.
Our personal specialty is Private Snorkel Trips with our guests. Or if you would like to try diving, this is the place. You can try it in our own pool and if you like we can take you to the marine reserve if you are comfortable. Diving experience programs and open water dive certification courses. With the pool directly behind the apartment, training become easy and on location. Dives and snorkel trips are done on our own private 26 foot boat. Clean with 2 engines and all safety gear.

Well I am back to reality with a busy work Load, freezing temperatures, and lots of
snow; definitely not Belize. I wanted to write and say thank you for yourcaring attitude, patience, and professionalism. We all felt we were with the right people to take us through the PADI open water certification process. I was pleased with my progress from that first unsettling dive to the last dive at Mexico Rocks. I had, had no experience with ocean diving at all. Your patient guidance was the difference for me. The dive through the Canyons was an experience I will remember for a long time. We all commented on the high quality and care you give the boat and the equipment. Your attention to safety, communication in the pre-dive briefings and personal guidance following the dives was very helpful. It reflects your attention to detail and emphasized your experience, making our dive experience a fun and informative time. We enjoyed Ambergris Caye and San Pedro. The number of choices of restaurants were amazing, we especially enjoyed the vast array of fresh fish
available on all the menus. Our favorite was the dining room at Matta Chita, it was the best! It helped to have an in with the Manager. The San Pedro people were open and helpful even with the usual questions a lost tourist would ask. Our stay at Grumpy and Happy house in Villa one was terrific. We appreciated the spacious villa
and all the amenities such as the wireless access to the internet and the washer /dryer. The villa would be a great place for a Family vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality. I look forward to seeing you both again.

Dear Lorne & Jolene:
I want to take a few moments and thank you both for your kind hospitality during my stay with you earlier this month. Larry, Patsy-Ann and I all had a great time and really appreciated you going the ‘extra mile’ for us as first time visitors & divers.
Obtaining our PADI certification has been one of those items on our ‘Life to do list’ and going through the certification process with you both was a wonderful experience. While I had some diving experience with Resort Courses a few years ago, my ‘diving buddies’ were new to the sport and the extra care and instruction that you provided to all of us, made us all feel very comfortable in the water and has given us the ‘bug’ to keep on diving.
I was impressed with the detail of instruction and the many times you referred to personal experiences that will help us become comfortable and competent divers. Your flexibility on the time schedule was really unexpected, but very much appreciated. We were there to enjoy ourselves and that is exactly what we were able to do.
The location and care of the accommodations were more than we expected and we could have easily stayed indefinitely, if only you had invited us to stay on as house guests and not as customers!
I will be recommending you to anyone who has an interest in diving and I do look forward to a return trip someday.
