The Casita Azul condo vacation rental is located in the Plaza Marina complex just south of the Playa del Carmen/Cozumel ferry dock. The Casita Azul vacation rental condo has spectacular oceanviews and refreshing ocean breezes from your own personal balcony designed for relaxing and entertaining. The Plaza Marina complex's premier location enables you to walk downstairs and be on the white sandy beaches of the Mayan Riveria or stroll over to one of the neighboring restaurants and dine on the fabulous cuisine of Mexico with the turquoise waters of the Caribbean practically at your table. All the vacation activities you'll want to experience are at your doorstep, including sight-seeing, waters sports, championship golf and shopping on the famous 5th Avenue. You can also catch the ferry over to Cozumel for world-class scuba diving/snorkeling. Transportation is available to Xcaret, Xel-Ha and to major Mayan ruin sites (Tulum, Chichen Itza, or Coba) by boarding one of the buses just two blocks away. The Casita Azul oceanfront condo rental is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo that can comfortably sleep up to four people. The Playa del Carmen villa rental is beautifully furnished with authentic Mexican decor and is also updated with American standards of air-conditioning, ceiling fans and an on-site property manager. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a dresser for additional storage and a safe for your personal items. The living room is furnished with a futon couch that can accommodate kids or an additional guest. The living room entertainment area is complete with satellite TV, DVD player, CD/cassette tape player and a video game console. The condo rental's fully-equipped kitchenette has a mini-refrigerator, water cooler dispenser, toaster oven and cooking and dining utensils. The vacation rental bathroom has a shower with a shaving seat and a separate vanity area with sink.
The Casita Azul oceanfront vacation rental condo balcony is furnished with everything you'll need for entertaining outdoors while enjoying the magical Caribbean views. There are two chaise lounge chairs for sun-bathing along with a table, chairs and umbrella for dining. The balcony also has a tiled countertop bar with a drink icing station and electric outlet for all your needs! The condo rental balcony also is equipped with two bar stools for viewing the Caribbean ocean and the night lights of Cozumel.
Each vacation condo rental is supplied with maid service, linens, towels (including beach towels), soap, shampoo, coffee filters, bottled water, and golf clubs (RH). The Casita Azul condo also has a safe for your personal items, as well as a washer and dryer in the common area utility room.

For more shopping, site-seeing or water sports, you can board the ferry to the famous Cozumel just outside the complex.
