Disney is only 5 minutes away, Sea world only 10 min, Universal Studios about 13 minutes.

Deposits
$99 fee /week reserves this villa! Due balance and $200 security deposit can be given on arrival. I have no problem returning the $200 security deposit before departure.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Let me know three weeks before arrival or reservation fee will not be refunded. I am very flexible, check my references and reviews!
Fees & Taxes
Ask if you need gas pool heater. Pool heating is optional. Never a cleaning fees!
