Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom town home with private pool is ideal for all your Florida Vacation needs.
Families will enjoy the easy access to Disney World just 1 mile away and within minutes to Sea World, Universal Studios and other Florida attractions, Golfers can almost "tee off" at our front door, a beautiful public course is a half mile down the road! Our town home comfortably accommodates eight and is fully furnished with your every need in mind, even for the youngest of guests. Located in Kissimmee, Florida in the popular vacation resort of Windsor Hills we are a short distance from the community pool and clubhouse.

A deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of booking.
The balance of the full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your stay.
Cancellation policy:
Changes and cancellations 28 days or more subject to 10% cancellation fee
Less than 28 days notice 20% cancellation fee
Within 24 hours of arrival or no show will be charged 100% of rental amount
