This Two Bedroom Garden Villa is ideal for families or for individuals who enjoy gracious, exclusive vacation residences. This villa has 1,270 square feet of inside space plus a 400 square foot lanai. Our Kolea Villa offers luxurious accommodations to all our guests.
All furniture is tastefully selected for this ideal vacation setting. The master bedroom includes a California king, walk-in closet and large bathroom. The master bath has a separate oversized shower, luxurious soaking tub, double sinks and toilet with natural stone finishes. The second master bedroom has two twin-sized beds and bathroom with a stand alone shower, bathtub, and double sinks.
The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter-tops, African mahogany cabinetry, and stainless steel name brand appliances. It is fully equipped to meet your cooking needs.
The lanai features Koa wood cabinetry, outdoor living/dining area with wet bar, mini-refrigerator and a gourmet Viking gas grill with a rotisserie. The 12' retractable pocket doors bring the lanai and living areas together in a natural flow.
Amenities include a high-speed cabled and wireless internet connection that will keep you in touch with all of your important contacts. Cable TV and VCR/DVD/CD players are available in the main living area and both bedrooms for additional entertainment enjoyment.
Walk to the pool, clubhouse, exercise room (See PDF MAP) and beach on Anaeho'omalu Bay (called “A-Bay” by the locals because it’s easier to say). The bay hosts numerous water activities—you can enjoy a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, diving or kayaking, play in the ocean or just relax and work on your golden tan.
Kolea Villas are the most luxurious condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Nestled between the Marriot and the Hilton hotels, this complex boasts the closest condos to to a large white sand beach. Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $190.00. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $500 is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
