This condo is off the beaten path for a true Island getaway. Located in the scenic ocean point area, the owners chose this first floor unit for its quiet scenic location separated from the busyness of the center island. But not to worry a golf cart and bikes are offered for your convience so you can get to any destination within minutes. Or just stay where you are and enjoy the North Hampton pool and oceanview from almost any room. The beach (low tide only) is accessible just 4 doors down. This is the first season on the rental market and the owners have done a lot to make their guests feel at home. All of the bedding is new with high thread count linens, quilts and down blankets. The 2 full baths are tiled and supplied with colorful quality towels and assessories. The remodeled kitchen has new cabinets, upgraded appliances, tiled floor and breakfast bar. The cook is not left out when it comes to enjoying the view and being with the family.
Amenity cards are available to purchase. However, North Hampton Cottages have their own private pool. Entertainment package: Golf cart and two bikes available for $150/week

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
Driving Directions: Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Take a left onto Remora Dr (look for a sign with arrows to ocean point) continue 1 mile and turn on Ocean Point. North Hampton will be the first three story building on your left (about ½ mile). You can park in any parking spot facing the building. 719 is on the first floor. From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island.
Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
