Property Information

A very private setting, yet only a short walk to the best part of the beach on the island. This beautifully decorated home is a cheerful respite from a day spent on the beach! Relax on the rear deck or screen porch in complete privacy.

Fripp Island is only three miles long so everything is close by. We have two golf courses, Ocean Creek being open just seven years is a Davis Love signature course, and the other course called Ocean Point, is a true ocean/links type course . Both will test your skills, especially if the winds pick up.Ten tennis courts which are across the street from our villas; a great recreation program for the kids, rental golf carts, fishing boat rentals, and several pools make Fripp a family delight. Many people come to Fripp to just relax too.

We understand that your vacation time is extremely important to you and our goal is to make the entire experience a positive and memorable one. We are staffed at the office 7 days/week to help you in planning your vacation or for any needs that may arise during your stay. We also have someone on-call 24 hours/day for emergencies. We have a large selection of both small and large vacation homes and villas, ranging from traditional beach homes to exciting luxury homes situated on the beach! We have three barrier islands near Beaufort, South Carolina: Fripp Island, Harbor Island, and Hunting Island.

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.

Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.

Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Turn left onto Pompano and 707 is on the right. From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island.

Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
