High-efficiency air-conditioners are in the living room as well as in the second level master bedroom and unit also has ceiling fans in the loft & main floor bedroom. A gas heating fireplace is available for use in cooler weather. Kitchen & all appliances(includes ice maker)are new and so is the entertainment equipment(27"TV/cable,VCR,DVD& stereo(radio,tape & CD including wireless headphones). We are just short walk to the Arbor pool, the Ocean Edge Golf Club, and the Linx restaurant and bar. The resort features a championship golf course, 3 adult outdoor and 1 indoor pools, child pools, hot tub and sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, 2 restaurants, playgrounds, and children's activities and is located on 400 acres just off the historic Route 6A, which is lined with miles of specialties and antique shops. The Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking etc. crosses the resort & bike rentals are on-site. Nickerson State Park is just down the road and all kinds of fun await you there. Our Condo is approximately 2 miles from the Bay and beach parking stickers are available at the Brewster Town Hall. Because Brewster is located mid-Cape, it is the perfect starting place from which to explore everything the Cape has to offer.
