Property Information

A large 3 bedroom and 2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet which is located 3 miles from Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms. 2 large master bedrooms with king-sized beds and both have large walk-in closets and TVs. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull-out sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 8. 2 full baths. 48" cable color TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Washer-dryer are inhouse. No smoking or pets. Bassinet, pack'n'play, high chair, two strollers and booster seat are all in-house. All linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in-house. Expensive furniture in condo(example - marble dining table). Windsor Palms has a heated pool, hottub, clubhouse which has free ping-pong (free use of paddles and balls), pool table and 58-seat free movie theater (you can request free movies on a first come/first serve basis.). It also has an exercise room. Tennis courts, basketball courts, and a volleyball court are in Windsor Palms with free use of all balls and rackets. The heated pool, hottub, clubhouse, and children's playground are just a few steps from the back of my condo. This is an email sent to me by a previous renter: " Hi Tim,

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo last week. We had
the best vacation and it had a lot to do with your place. The Windsor Palms
is a beautiful community. We enjoyed the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts
tremendously. Your condo is perfectly located for use of all of the
amenities of the community. I was pleasantly surprised when the condo not
only resembled the beautiful pictures you have listed on the internet but
was also a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It was perfect for the
five of us. Your decorations are gorgeous and the whole place has a very
comfortable feel to it. We will definitely be back!"

If our condo is booked, we have access to other condos. They vary in furniture and decor, but are comparable in quality. They are in the same resort complex.

Additional Rate Information

All 2009 stays are $59/nt. All 2010 stays are $79/nt. or $1995/month, excluding holiday weeks and summer rates. Summer rates are $89/nt. or $595/week or $2195/month. Add a $65 cleaning fee for stays less than a week, except for a 6 night stay add 1/2 the cleaning fee or $32.50 If you see that my calendar is booked the dates you wanted then check with me because I also have access to book up to 21 similar condos at Windsor Palms at other low rates.
