Spacious and neat villa (120 m2, on 2 level) by the Como lake on the side of Lecco, where the lake is shining. The accommodation (with an outstanding view over the lake) belongs to a residential complex of the highest standards. Various facilities available, among which: 2 swimming pools (15 x 7,5 m), tennis court, covered parking area, big communal enclosed garden, private little garden, entrance provided with electrical gates to be operated with your own key code. Situated in the lovely town Lierna, the house is perfect for an amusing holiday along the Como Lake. The beautiful pebble beach "La Riva Bianca" is located 200m away, shops and restaurants at 500m. In the surroundings you can visit Varenna and the coast of the lake (via the road s.p.72). The location is ideal even for winter sports (the fashionable and exclusive St. Moritz being situated within 1hr drive) and you can easily travel to Milan by train, where you can do your shopping without being bothered about traffic and car parking: in Lierna there is a small and easy to reach train station (info, prices and times on: www.trenitalia.com). The public boat transport can quickly take you to Bellagio right on the other side of the lake (info, prices and times of the boat line on: www.navigazionelaghi.it).
Not far from the house there is a restaurant called "Il Crotto" where local specialties are still being prepared according to the old recipes (Handmade pasta, desserts etc.): we strongly recommend it! Famous actors like George Clooney often stay along the Como Lake. He bought 2 villas there; therefore take the chance to come across such famous celebrities in restaurants or other locations. Please note that the house is close to a railroad.

The house is divided in 2 Floors:
Ground floor: living room(tv sat and stereo ) with fireplace and dining room, ample closet, kitchen ( refrigerator, freezer , microwaves, oven, juicer, iron and iron board, toaster).
First floor: double room with view on lake and direct access to bathroom fitted with bathtub. A very spacious bedroom with two bunk beds. A smaller room with 2 single beds. At the and of a corridor you will find another bathroom with shower.
