At Florint Vacations, Inc. we strive to bring you quality vacation homes and town homes fully furnished with every amenity you would need while away from your home. All homes are close to area golf course's.
Imagine for the price of a hotel room, you can experience a room for everyone to stretch out in with our beautiful 4 bedroom / 2 bath spacious private home with screen enclosed pool just for you. Located less than 10 miles to Walt Disney World and close to all other area attractions. And each vacation home and town home is fully furnished with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, vacuum and cleaning equipment. All bed linen and towels are provided. Each kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, silverware, dishware, toaster and blender.
And guess what imagine this, every vacation home has a beautiful screen enclosed pool with patio equipped with pool furniture just for you and your family to relax in the Sunny Florida weather.

Cleaning Fee: Any reservation under 5 nights must pay a $65 cleaning Fee. All rates have 13% State and Tourist Tax already included. If staying 5 nights or more, the departure clean is already included.
Payment: We require payment in full upon arrival to the vacation home. A $200 deposit is required to secure the reservation depending on the type of villa booked). This deposit is applied ot your reservation amount and the balance is due upon arrival.
Cancel Policy: Cancel 30 days or more pay $75 cancellation fee.Cancel 29 days or less to arrival and lose the $200 deposit. No Refund after arrival.
Pool Heat: Pool heating is available in select homes. The cost is $$25.00 per night + 13% Tax. (**Please note that in Winter the pool heater will only heat the pool 15' degrees above the outside temperature).
Damages: A credit card imprint will be made or a $250 cash deposit is required for each reservation. This is for any possible damages or accidents in the homes.
All Pets must be pre-approved before booking. A non refundable $100 pet fee per pet with approval of type of pet allowed.
