Pool heat is available for an additional $15.00/day.
20% deposit is required to secure the property. Personal checks, bank checks, and money orders are accepted.
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment. If your stay is for less than 7 nights, an additional $65 cleaning fee will be charged.
4pm check in and 10am check out time.
Full balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
Refunds:
30-60 day notice provided for cancellation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. There will be no refunds with less than a 30-day cancellation notice, unless another booking for same time period is obtained. No shows will be charged in full.

Relax and enjoy some private-time in the sparkling heated south-facing pool/spa with privacy walls to the side. Or just sit and relax in the warm Florida sun on the deck. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children should you need it.
