Located in the Exuma Chain in the southern Bahamas, 85 miles southeast of Nassau, Musha Cay is an isle of beauty. Paths meander among lush palm trees and banks of brilliantly colored tropical flowers, leading you to hidden coves and seven white sand private beaches on the edge of a transparent sea.
Accommodations for you and up to 20 guests are elegant and sumptuous, with only one group allowed at a time to ensure a totally private island experience. For your exclusive use are a 10,000-square-foot plantation residence, three beautiful beachfront guest villas with their own private beaches, and a cozy beach villa set apart on a silent half-moon beach. All are magnificently appointed.

While enjoying your own private island stay, you will be pampered by a trained staff of 30, including fine cuisine prepared by a world-class chef in "The Landings" professional bakery and kitchen. You will enjoy waterfront dining and spectacular sunsets in the elegant central dining room; indoor, outdoor and beachfront bars; a beachfront air-conditioned gymnasium with sate-of-the-art equipment; a business center; free-form fresh water swimming pool on the ocean; lighted tennis court; billiard room; and satellite TV.
At your disposal are boats and equipment for water skiing, snorkeling, fishing and windsurfing. Included is a fleet of pleasure craft, from a sleek Black Fin deep sea fishing boat, wave runners, ski boats and sailboats, to a STOL twin engine 9-passenger Islander aircraft that can whisk you off to Nassau for fun day of shopping. Choose a fine bottle of wine from our private cellar for your moonlit sail. Or do nothing and simply revive your soul.
Additional Rate Information
Rates are all-inclusive, including all meals, wines, liquors and unlimited usage of all island amenities. The only other charges are for any special requests and a 5% service charge, which covers Bahamian room tax and staff gratuities. International telephone service will be billed separately. Conference Center: "The Landings" is perfect for small business conferences or board meetings. The main dining room sets up perfectly for board meetings. You may choose either elegant inside dining or the option to adjourn to "Coconut Beach" for casual poolside dining under a thatched-roof lounge area. Perhaps a quick swim and then back to "The Landings" to continue strategic planning. A perfect getaway for a focused, relaxed, high-level meeting venue.
Air and Yacht
Service: Rudder Cut Cay adjacent to and also owned by the proprietors of Musha, is a 350-acre island with a 2,200 foot runway which accommodates Musha’s 9 passenger twin-engine STOL aircraft. A ten minute flight in this aircraft from Rudder Cut Cay brings you to Mosstown airport in Georgetown (Exumas) which operates an all-weather 8,000 foot airport that easily handles all sizes of private jets and has commercial flights to Miami and Nassau (40 minutes) on American Eagle and Bahamasair.
Musha Cay features excellent deep water docking and protected anchorage facilities that can accommodate vessels up to 200 feet in length.

Musha Cay is located 85 miles southeast of Nassau. It is a three-hour flight from Chicago or New York, 40 minutes from Miami – easily accessible by commercial or private jet. Spring and summer temperatures average a high of 82 and a low of 77. Fall and winter temperatures average 81 and 70.
