The Queen bedroom has its own phone and features a cedar lined closet and Victorian chair rails along the two-tone walls. The Full bedroom features a ceiling fan and overlooks the back deck.
The full dining room and living room feature original, refinished hardwood floors and period woodworking. The cozy living room boasts a working fireplace and TV/VCR/DVD. The modern eat-in kitchen is fully appointed, including microwave, dishwasher, bread maker, and garbage disposal.

Cleaning $100 per two weeks or portion
Security $400 refundable deposit
Our Victorian Flat is available by the week or by the month, with a one week minimum. Weekly rate is charged for stays less than 30 days. A cleaning fee of $100 is charged for each two weeks of stay and our housecleaning service will clean the property every two weeks. We require a $400 refundable security deposit with your full payment.
A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Full payment is required by 15 days prior to start of reservation.
Parking rate is $50/week.
