Property Information
This is a beautiful villa built from coral stone with cool green shutters and detailing. It is situated on its own knoll high in Cap Estate and enjoys 360 degree views. Part of the house faces the Atlantic coast and so is very cool and breezy.
The house has been professionally interior decorated to a very high standard and has been used for many fashion photography shoots. The house is very much a part of the landscape with many open areas which lead directly into the garden.
The villa consists of the following- Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds in each room) and a single bedroom (1 twin bed), with two bathrooms (a tub in each). Casual sitting games area with Cable Vision TV.
Downstairs: guest wing with a double bed and en suite bathroom (a tub), Master bedroom with King-size bed and en suite bathroom (a shower with glass windows). Four of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. large sitting room, dining room, series of terraces and sitting areas, fully landscaped garden and full size swimming pool.
Household pets - A cat and dogs, which can be kept in a fenced area if the clients prefer.
Cook, Catherine, and maid Portia, resident. Additional daily maid service, from 8:30am to 3:30pm; day off on Sundays
