This is a real 'Parisian', vibrant street, but once you get back home to the cosy apartment you'll find how quiet and peaceful living on top floor is. We are on the 5th floor in a traditional apartment building with lift and security entrance. The roof top balcony provides views over the Pigalle and the Montmartre area. You can also enjoy sunset views to the Eiffel Tower. This apartment is designed for a fully, comfortable urban living: comfortable sitting area with entertainment equipment, dining area with a table for 4.
Each day the morning sun streams in through big open windows looking on to the internal courtyard. There is also a very effective heater and air-conditioner unit in the salon.
This newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped for almost any gastronomic task, including an expresso maker which you can use to make a cup for breakfast. It also has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge plus washing machine/dryer. You can enjoy the rare treat of sipping your coffee while overlooking the rooftops of the city. To make it even more irresistible, try some delicious pastry from the boulangerie down the street (15 seconds walk!). Additionally, we have a washer, dryer and dishwasher.
The bedroom has a very large closet for your luggage, clothes and new purchases. You'll enjoy waking up in our queen sized bed with the sunshine streaming in to greet you. One look out of the window when you away will make you think you are in a Parisian paradise with the beautiful view of Sacre Coeur. We've selected mostly original pictures to decorate the wall and insisted on hand made Asian rugs. In addition, there are a few amusing finds picked at the famous Parisian flea markets. There are large, sunny windows in all the rooms and the bathroom has a ceiling matte window, providing beautiful light with maximum privacy, and a controlled natural ventilation. Amenities in the bathroom are: WC, bath, shower and heated towel rail.
The rare panoramic view from this Montmartre nest spans uninterruptedly from Sacre Cœur in the north, the horizon in the east and, finally, the overwhelming southern view of Paris seen from your breakfast table. Above the rooftops of Montmartre you'll see the Notre Dame, the Odeon and much further.

Check in/out - You may check in/out any day of the week. Times are as follows: Check in time: 2PM, Check out time: 10AM. If we do not have someone arriving or departing the same day as you, we are very flexible with the times.
Booking Deposit - To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If you reserve less than 60 days prior to your arrival, we would prefer payment in full.
We accept various methods of payment, including credit cards through an online, secure server at www.PayPal.com
Cancellation - We hope that you don't cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows: 60 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund, less €50 fee. If you give less than 60 days notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you a 100% refund, less €50 fee.
Security Deposit - We have never had damages but if something happens, we ask that you replace what becomes broken or damaged. Our apartments require a security deposit: The Montmartre Vineyards apartment requires a €300 deposit in cash (equivalent in other currencies is acceptable). All other apartments require a €200 deposit. This may be made in Cash, Traveller's Cheques or by Credit Card through PayPal.com. If you choose to pay a deposit by credit card, it must be done online with PayPal.com prior to your arrival. Provided all is in order when you check out, your security deposit will graciously be returned to you.
We have made arrangements with a chauffeur service to provide transportation from the airport to our apartments. Instead of €90 per way, they offer a rate of €55 but you must obtain a code from PerfectlyParis to receive this discounted price.

The Area - Wonderful location halfway up the hill towards Montmartre and Sacre Coeur, this bright and pleasant Parisian 35m2 (370sq.ft) apartment has been recently renovated by it's architect-owner with all new furnishings and fittings.
Location - The Pigalle/Montmartre area is famous for its association with the many painters and artists who worked and dwelt there in the late 19th century. It has excellent food shops close by with weekend street food markets just 5 minutes walk away at Rue Lepic (around where the movie Amelie was filmed) and rue des Martyrs. It is a 10 minute walk to the famed Sacre Coeur church, just the best place to watch Parisian sunsets. The large department stores such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps are close by with the major galleries easily accessible by Metro or bus.
