Upon entering the building, you will immediately notice the traditional charm- the main entryway, large hallways and wide stairs that are present in old hotel particuliers in Paris. This building was once the private house of a family. Today, a relative of the original family still lives in the building and encourages the maintenance of its original style. After going through the double door of the apartment, you walk into a large, wide hallway which every room is accessible from. There is a table in the entryway which opens to accommodate places for 4 people.
The bedroom conveniently has two twin beds which can be pushed together to sleep a couple or left apart. There is ample storage in both a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. These modern touches are a perfect compliment to the original fireplace that adorns the corner of the room. The view from the bedroom has a spectacular vista of the Eiffel Tower and more.
The salon has a comfortable sofa which opens to a full sized double bed and sits across from a second fireplace. This one is adorned with it's original antique mirror. All of the rooms in the apartment have original molding and parquet flooring. Old and new are perfectly blended- there is a television, stereo and telephone at your disposal. The window in the salon has a dining table for two in front of it. It's the perfect spot to look across at the Montmartre stairs and the passer-bys or, in the opposite direction, the Paris rooftops and different monuments throughout the city.
The kitchen is equipped with a two burner electric stovetop, microwave, mini-fridge and more. Staying in this area, however, will probably encourage you to venture in to one of the many delicious restaurants around you. The WC or toilet is located in a small room of of the hallway and, like many Parisian apartments, the shower is located in a separate room at the end of the hallway.
There are charming touches of the Orient throughout the apartment which marry very well with the bright white of the furnishings. This flat has, even on the dreariest Parisian day, light shining throughout.

Check in/out - You may check in/out any day of the week. Times are as follows: Check in time: 2PM, Check out time: 10AM. If we do not have someone arriving or departing the same day as you, we are very flexible with the times.
Booking Deposit - To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. If you reserve less than 60 days prior to your arrival, we would prefer payment in full.
We accept various methods of payment, including credit cards through an online, secure server at www.PayPal.com
Cancellation - We hope that you don't cancel, but if you do, our policy is as follows: 60 days or more prior to arrival: 100% refund, less €50 fee. If you give less than 60 days notice, we will try to rent the dates we blocked for you. If we are successful, we will send you a 100% refund, less €50 fee.
Security Deposit - We have never had damages but if something happens, we ask that you replace what becomes broken or damaged. Our apartments require a security deposit: The Montmartre Vineyards apartment requires a €300 deposit in cash (equivalent in other currencies is acceptable). All other apartments require a €200 deposit. This may be made in Cash, Traveller's Cheques or by Credit Card through PayPal.com. If you choose to pay a deposit by credit card, it must be done online with PayPal.com prior to your arrival. Provided all is in order when you check out, your security deposit will graciously be returned to you.
We have made arrangements with a chauffeur service to provide transportation from the airport to our apartments. Instead of €90 per way, they offer a rate of €55 but you must obtain a code from PerfectlyParis to receive this discounted price.

The Area - This charming one bedroom flat is located on the fourth floor of a traditional Parisian building. The bedroom boasts a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower and Paris skyline. The view to your right from the living room is on the Montmartre stairs that are directly beside the funicular- a cable car that takes you to Sacre-Coeur.
Location - This apartment is located in the same area as our Rooftop Vista and design at d'Orsel. This 'quartier' is overflowing with restaurants, boutiques, food stores and more. The street still has the old cobblestones on them so it may bring you back to the days of Picasso, who actually lived on this street, and other artists of his time.
