Welcome to Sand and Surf! This is a family oriented resort where staff
and owners work together to create an atmosphere of fun, friendliness
and relaxation for everyone. Our owners, both original and new, enjoy
coming each year, looking forward to seeing old friends and make new
ones. This will be your home away from home, where you and your family
can enjoy Daytona's wonderful beach, the great seafood restaurants and
many family oriented activities near-by.
On the pool deck is the large pool and a children's wading pool. We also
have outdoor grills, picnic areas and tennis court which we share with the
resort next door. We have a "locked" pool gate going to and from the
beach. Each owner and guest unit is provided with gate keys to use
during their stay.
Each week, on Tuesday morning, we serve coffee, orange juice and
donuts either on the pool deck or in the lobby during inclement weather.
During spring and summer, we host a Bar-B-Que, with grilled
hamburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings including soda, chips
and side dishes on Thursdays. Tickets may be purchased early during the
week you are here.

This is for the week of July 15 - 22. The rate for your get away week is
$799.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
I. Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on Saturday. Check out is by 10:00 AM
Saturday.
II. A $10 key deposit is required upon check-in. (It is refundable upon
returning all keys at check-out.)
III. A signed imprint of a Visa or Master Card is required for security
deposit. Each unit is inspected at check-out for damage or missing items.
IV. If you will arrive after 8 PM on Saturday, the office is closed and your
keys will be left for you at a disclosed area. You will need to register on
Sunday between 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
