This quaint A-frame is located on the west side of unique Fairbanks Point where the sunsets are unforgettable!
The front deck overlooks the huge front lawn and the cobblestone shoreline. This home has one of the best views around!
The private lot on King's Bay is popular for all water sports and fishing! There is an area next to this home where you could put a small boat in and out.
Relax on the patio near the water and firepit, soak in the brand new hot tub on the deck, or fall asleep in the hammock hanging from the trees.
There are 3 small bedrooms, and 1 bath with a standup shower. The open living room has large windows with a great view of the water. The cedar paneling throughout the cabin, gives it the feel of "up north".
