Seaside at Anastasia is a new luxury resort condominium complex that was finished in the fall of 2003. It is located just steps away from the white sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, the St. Augustine Fishing Pier and the City Recreation Center & Cultural Center. Seaside is very close to Boutiques, Shops, Restaurants and World Golf Village. Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away. Jacksonville is only 41 miles to the North, and Orlando is 105 miles South.
Seaside boasts a pool, a beautiful lagoon with a lighted fountain and a clubhouse. Our condo is a corner unit on the top (third) floor, which offers the most privacy, more windows and excellent views from both North and South patios. It is conveniently located next to the elevator.
