Just 2 short blocks from the beach with public restrooms and Pompano Joe's (a local favorite!). This condo features an open floor plan, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
There are two master bedrooms. One has two double beds, and the other has a king size bed with a sitting area featuring a leather sectional and a screened in porch. The kitchen has a breakfast bar. Dining room seats 6 and overlooks greatroom.
The greatroom has comfy leather furnishings, a large TV with surround sound system and CD/DVD player and a screened in porch. Each bedroom also has a TV with DVD player for your use.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience, and for extra sleeping, there is a queen size aero bed.

In peak season our rates are $950 dollars per week and $1150 if the week falls over a holiday. October thru the end of January are rates are $750 per week. $475 is paid at the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If you would like additional nights, if available, they are $225 per night.
The condo is available to be booked from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 11 am. Special arrangements can be made depending on circumstances and availability but are not guaranteed.
