Relax in the quiet of the Mill Bay countryside, with sparkling ocean and valley views. This luxurious home has three bedrooms plus a den and is fully equipped. The fireplaces will warm you for a cozy night or you can barbecue in the evening sunshine. This excellent location is within one block of the tranquil waters of the bay, where you can look across to Brentwood College. It is a short walk or a five minute drive to the restaurants, facilities, and the village of Mill Bay. This lovely spacious house is well supplied and has a layout that is very comfortable. With a garden full of Rhododendrons and fruit trees, deer and birds, you might just relax at home. When you are ready to have some fun you can rent a kayak, boat or mountain bike. You can bring your fishing rod. In the Cowichan Valley you can fish rivers, lakes and the ocean for everything from steelhead to lake trout, salmon to prawns. Whatever your preference is, the island is full of interesting ways to spend the day. Enjoy the most beautiful scenery you will find anywhere. Golf or play tennis at nearby Arbutus Ridge. Enjoy the Cowichan Lawn Tennis Tournament. Take in the wineries that surround the area. Take a scenic ferry ride to world famous Butchart Gardens or go whale watching from Victoria's Inner Harbour. Catch the Tofino bus for a look at the wild west coast. Take a Gulf Island ferry to visit nearby Salt Spring and the other Gulf Islands. From the ocean to the rivers to the Galloping Goose bike trail, recreational areas abound. Approximately 35 minutes to Victoria and Nanaimo.
