The condominium complex is located at North Coast Village (999 N. Pacific St., Oceanside, CA), which is few minutes walk from the snug Oceanside Marina where Cape Cod-style shops and restaurants surround the quaint harbor. There are a number of activities available at the harbor including boat and jet-ski rental, sailing lessons, whale watching tours, deep sea fishing adventures and more.
Our condo is located in a 24 hour secured, exclusive beachfront complex with direct access to wide, white, sandy beaches. Conveniently located between San Diego and Newport Beach and close to Legoland, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Disneyland and Mexico.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Cable TV/VCR (with more than 100 channels), high-speed wireless internet connection, CD player, telephone, Bose radio, linens and utensils, cozy fireplace, and a balcony bar. Other amenities of the facility include excellent surfing, recreation/party room, exercise/weight room, Ping-Pong, and billiards. You may also enjoy the swimming pool (with outdoor showers), a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and the BBQ grill for cookouts.
Strolling through the beautiful tropical landscaped grounds, koi pond, cascading streams and waterfalls make this an ideal location to relax and get away.
Enjoy fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean and Oceanside Harbor from either of two balconies in our two bedroom, two bathroom condo. The lounge balcony has a bar, three deck chairs and a barbecue (great place to sip your favorite wine while watching the sunset). Sleeps up to 6.

There are two bedrooms; the master has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds (bedding available so twins can be moved together to make a king-size bed). The lounge has a queen sofa. Sleeps up to 6 people.
The condominium is fully furnished and includes linens, blankets, towels, cooking/eating utensils, stereo/CD/tape player, VCR, TV etc.
It is situated on the corner of G building, so it has 2 balconies; one off the lounge room and the other off the master bedroom. Both balconies provide water and harbour views. The lounge balcony has a bar, three deck chairs and a barbecue (great place to sip your favorite wine while watching the sunset).
The gated complex provides 24 hour security. Two reserved parking places are assigned to the Condo.
The grounds themselves include beautiful landscaped tropical grounds, koi pond, cascading streams and waterfalls. Other amenities include a large pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, exercise/weight room, games room (billards, bridge and ping pong). It takes about a minute to walk from the condo through the tropical grounds to the white and wide sandy beaches.
It takes only a few minutes to walk to the snug Oceanside Marina where Cape Cod style shops and restaurants surround the quaint harbor. Centrally located in Southern California, North Coast Village is 10 minutes drive to La Costa Spa and Legoland, 20 minutes to Del Mar Race Tracks, 40 minutes to Sea World and San Diego Zoo. Disneyland is only 60 minutes north.
