Hale Nanea "House of Relaxation" is a luxury 4+ bedroom, 5.5 bath luxury villa situated on Diamond Head Road, midway between Waikiki and the Kahala Hotel & Resort, in one of the most affluent and desirable areas in Hawaii.
The villa was constructed of the finest materials and is furnished and appointed with elegant designer furnishings.
Main Level: Upon entering Hale Nanea through its two-story marble foyer entry, attention is immediately drawn to the Great Room with its polished Australian Brushbox wood flooring and to the panoramic views of the palm-lined shores of the blue Pacific.
The centerpiece of the well appointed Great Room is a custom mural of Diamond Head almost as large as the vista created by the floor to ceiling windows.
Also on the main level is one guest bedroom suite; a gourmet kitchen; a formal dining area with wet bar/wine storage; and, a family room with an open lanai that overlooks the pool/spa area.
A second guest bedroom also offers a view of the secluded garden pool.
Upper Level: Elegant twin staircases lead from the foyer to the upstairs master bedroom suite with sitting room and an oceanview guest suite.
Pool Level: The enclosed "Surf Bar" with its wet bar, mini-fridge, ice machine and flat screen TV opens onto the inviting pool with its waterfall and adjoining 8 person spa.
Also on the pool level there is one Guest Bedroom Suite with private bath, an entertainment/media room, a cedar-lined sauna, and a full bath with shower.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen features Honduran mahogany cabinetry, granite counters, breakfast bar, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking stove, twin dishwashers, wine refrigerator, and a flat-panel TV.
Other Features:
A home gym equipped wtih an elliptical machine, recumabnt bicycle, weight machine, free weights, yoga gear and TV, two-car garage and a laundry room are located on the main level of the house.

RATES INCLUDE: Rates listed above for an occupancy by a maximum of 8-10 persons (including infants and children), airport greeting and guide to the property, check-in orientation at the villa, weekly maid service (8 hrs max.), weekly pool, spa & gardening services, non-excessive utilities costs and normal post-departure cleaning costs. The property is fully-equipped with linens, dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils and serving dishes and is stocked with an initial supply of soaps, detergents, cleansers and paper products. Rates are subject to change without prior notice before a rental confirmation is issued.
NOT INCLUDED: Taxes, airport transfers, baggage handling, food or beverages, additional maid service, personal laundry service, security deposit or any other items or services not specifically listed in the "Rates Include" section above.
SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 45-60 days after departure
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Reservation deposit is 50% of total charges. Deposit is due Within 7 days of booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival (90 days at Xmas).
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Deposits and final payments are generally non-refundable unless the property rented is damaged or otherwise rendered unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found. Pro-rata refunds, less a 15% - 20% fee, may sometimes be made if a reservation is cancelled and the property can be re-booked at an equivalent rate and length of stay but the owner, property manager or booking agent is under no obligation assure or effect any such refund and the specific terms of the rental agreement signed shall apply. The purchase of trip cancellation/trip interruption insurance is strongly recommended.
HOUSE RULES: A signed Rental Agreement (see sample copy on this website) and a signed copy of the current version of this Property Information document are required for all rentals.
Weddings, receptions or parties that involve non-occupant guests are not permitted. Any exception will require specific written approval and may involve additional restrictions, rules, fees and proof of occupant-provided insurance coverage.
No guarantees, warranties or assurances are expressed or implied regarding the suitability or safety of ocean swimming. The pool and/or spa area of the property is not enclosed by a separate child-proof fence and cannot be secured to assure child safety. Ocean swimming and/or use of pool and/or spa facilities is at occupants own risk.
Additional advisements, house rules, disclosures or disclaimers may be incorporated into individual rental agreements.
