Here is one of our most inviting homes. For us its location is superb: in the Katama area of Edgartown...3/4 of a mile to the village center (a 20 minute walk), about 1 1/2 miles to South Beach, in a neighborhood of quietude and charm. By our lights the interior offerings are appealing: Three bedrooms: one king, one queen, one with a pair of singles, and a futon in the queen bedroom. Two baths. An inviting living room for visiting and a loft for games and TV viewing. A large kitchen and dining area affording plenty of space and light. A wrap around deck with gas grill and comfortable furniture. A spacious enclosed outdoor shower in case you bring back too much beach sand or simply enjoy the pleasure of showering outside. All in all, this recently completely renovated home impresses us with its appeal. We recommend it without reservation.
