Fully furnished one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartment (550 square feet) located in Midtown East on East 50th Street, between 3rd and 2nd Avenues, on the 3rd floor in a very quiet, elevator building.

Queen-size bed with linen, pillows, blankets, towels, cable TV, dresser, night table, lamps, computer desk with internet connection, computer with laser printer/fax/copier, closet.

Living Room:
Cable TV, DVD player with DVD movies, double-size pullout couch, dining area with eat-in counter top table with bar stools, closet with 15-20 different size towels and additional linen sets, extra pillows and blankets, iron & board.

Kitchen:
Fully functioning kitchen with large refrigerator & freezer, stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, utensils and basic cooking ingredients.

Bathroom:

Check in is generally after 3pm; check out by 12-noon to allow time for maid to clean. However, arrangements may be able to made to leave luggage in corner if an additional few hours are needed.
