Great Beach House on Vanderbilt Beach, Naples Florida. Its just 300 feet from Vanderbilt Beach with private access, in an area of homes only, very private. Great Gulf of Mexico sunsets with Romantic Carribean beaches and just down the beach from Laplaya Resort Hotel.
LARGE HEATED POOL (South facing), on VANDERBILT BAY. We have a boat dock and boat to rent. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Laplaya Resort Hotel just a few hundred feet away. This is the most Romantic Carribean Beach environment for weddings right next to the Laplaya Resort Hotel.
We just finished A COMPLETE REMODELING of our house. New Tile everywhere, Kitchen cabinets & granite counter tops, and Great furniture. Designer brown paints and white woodwork and fun Caribbean paintings. All new doors and windows and we completely resurfaced the pool area including high screens. A Stainless steel BBQ and a fun stereo system with a 51" TV flat screen. Beach furniture to easily carry to the beach.
Our home has a warm south-facing view over the Vanderbilt bay, which allows you a Great Sunset View over the Gulf of Mexico. Its great to watch the sunset from our deck or go to the beach, both are great and convenient.
The house is just 350 feet from the LAPLAYA HOTEL (the best of Naples). In an area there are only a few homes that have a private, dead end street to live on, and where they can use a boat on the Gulf of Mexico or walk easily to the beach. It’s really nice to have no elevators, gates, or noise and enjoy the beach area.
If you want a really Romantic Carribean Beach Environment for your Wedding right next to the Laplaya Resort hotel or Ritz-Carlton, our house would be an excellent Florida wedding destination for your ceremonies; we're just 350 feet from Laplaya resort/hotel.
