Your beach escape begins the minute you walk through the door of "Beach Daze." From this brand new 10th floor beachfront residence directly on the beautiful Gulf coast of Florida, enjoy the spectacular views of emerald green waters and white sugar sand beaches.
The living room and the master bedroom both lead out to your private, 271 square foot beach front facing balcony where you can find plenty of rest and relaxation without even getting your feet sandy. In the evenings, kick back in the lounge chairs or at the bar height patio table, and let the sun entertain you as it sinks into the Gulf of Mexico with its breathtaking kaleidoscope of colors. However….play in the sand you must…and the magnificent beach is only steps away! Pool-loungers are never left out of the fun as they can enjoy the atmosphere of the ocean and beach from the two Gulf-front pools.
Your beach get-away will be enhanced by the professionally designed interior of "Beach Daze." The platinum level décor gives the feeling of a sophisticated island retreat and adds to your comfort while away from home. The living room and master bedroom have black-out window curtains for those times that you prefer to sleep late or watch a movie. The living room offers a sleeper sofa couch with love seat, 32 inch HDTV, DVD player, and stereo/CD player. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, armoire with 32 inch TV, DVD player, and private master bathroom.
The second bedroom is furnished with stylish twin beds and an armoire with 27 inch TV and DVD/VHS player. A full-size bathroom is accessible from the entry hall as well as the second bedroom. The dining table will seat six and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with three bar stools. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and custom cabinetry and is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure (or displeasure!). Other features of this residence include washer and dryer, nine foot ceilings, crown molding, and complimentary high speed internet access.(computer not supplied so please bring your laptop)
"Beach Daze" is located inside Emerald Isle Resort Condominium at 17545 Front Beach Road. COMPLETED December 2005, Emerald Isle expands over 300 feet of beautiful white sand beaches at the quieter, more private west end of Panama City Beach. Amenities include two beach front pools, one of which is indoor/outdoor and heated, oversized hot tub, steam bath sauna, and exercise room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf. Parking is available in the building and in a two level parking garage with plenty of parking located directly across the street with bridge access to the building for your safety.

Cleaning Fee of $ 65.
A $ 300 refundable security and damage deposit required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit and return of all keys.
All rentals pay 10.5% state and local sales and room tax.
