This single level vacation home is located in Seascape Sur, one of the best oceanfront resort complexes in the Del Mar/Solana Beach area. The complex boasts, lush gardens, beautiful streams and waterfalls, panoramic ocean views, tennis courts, spas, saunas, recreation room with billiards and ping pong, BBQ and fire pit area, and secure private parking. Our home has been recently remodeled with new paint, carpeting and bedroom and dining room furnishings. This is a large home with over 1400 sq. ft., and ample space in every room. This is a bright, quiet end unit with Southern exposure and pleasant gardens views from the living room/dining room/patio and master bedroom. Enjoy the comfort of this great home with all the amenities you would wish for.
