Malatai is one of Ocho Rios’ most deluxe mansions located directly on its own white sandy beach. This villa is also one of the newest with completion in Jan 2005, this luxury villa boasts spacious air conditioned bedrooms, an air conditioned fitness center, a large private swimming pool with hot tub, large lawn spaces with well manicured tropical gardens. This villa lends itself to wonderful nights of outdoor entertaining beside the seaside.
The owner has installed a state of the art kitchen where selected chefs prepare the most delicious meals, and these creations can be served inside the formal dining room, or on the outside veranda which is located by the river, or if you choose, to dine by the beach. This is a spectacular venue for special weddings, corporate retreats or events requiring a special atmosphere to remember. The chef can prepare outdoor grill / beach parties, hiring reggae bands to soothe the nights away, witnessing magical tropical sunsets.

Al 6 bedrooms have Sony flat-screen televisions, telephone with intercom and air conditioning, safes, balconies which are nicely furnished and have commanding views of the Caribbean Sea.
