Sea Island has been totally renovated in end 2004-2005, and now reveals a most wonderful, spacious property which sits on 7 hillside and rolling acres near Montego Bay. This villa now enjoys the luxuries of a new renovation which has produced a wonderful tropical home with gracious floors of rich mahogany and local limestone. This stunning villa features an extra large and most spacious L shaped veranda with fountain, garden and Italian-tiled wet bar. The furnishings throughout are comfortable with wonderful sitting areas for reading, relaxing, snoozing or entertaining. All bathrooms and bedrooms are tastefully furnished with the best soft furnishings, ample closet space, artful mosaic tile work, new sculptured modern bowl sinks with amazing light fixtures above.
The gardens here have been well tended and offer the most beautiful tropical trees such as majestic palms, local breadfruit, mango, bananas and almond trees to name a few. The chef in this villa often uses these fresh fruits from the land for a most enjoyable breakfast.
If it is a peaceful and graceful home you are looking for, with privacy, to get away from it all, Sea Island is the one. This house has been recently appointed with fresh new interiors with professional interior designer touches in 2004-2005. The floors are of rich mahogany and limestone, newly renovated kitchen, al fresco dining area to enjoy delicious home cooked meals by Sea Island’s experienced cook. Not only are the interiors new, but the new tennis court are of professional standards.
The pool has a wonderful sunning terrace. From here, the views are spectacular. There are also tables and lounge chairs. This area is great for lunches or casual dinners, or just sitting and enjoy your tropical drinks, watching the mesmerizing views. The villa’s very own private court is near by here.
Worth mentioning is the staffing here. Sea Island boasts one of the finest staffs on Jamaica's North Coast as they have been long serving, and very loyal. This may explain the fact the Sea Island has more repeat clients than any other villa.
This villa is located within Montego Bay. It is located minutes drive away from beaches, more than a few world class golf courses, and tennis facilities, restaurants, water sports and craft markets. All guests can enjoy the first class resort facilities of the complimentary membership of yet another famous landmark, Round Hill which is only a short drive from Sea Island.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom: King size four poster bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, double vanity and wonderful private outdoor shower in open-air reading garden with bench and fountain. Connects through dressing area to Bedroom 2 making a convenient double master suite. This is wonderful for parents with children.
Please note: If only the Master Suite (Master Bedroom plus bedroom 2) are occupied, the full-house rate applies. Rental of only bedrooms 3,4,5,6 allows use of the mater Suite’s 2 outdoor showers and private gardens.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed. Ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity, also wonderful private outdoor shower, reading garden shared with Master Bedroom. Connects through dressing area to Master Bedroom.
Bedroom 3: King size four poster bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, double vanity. Connects with Bedroom 4 via large walk-through closet. Another convenient double suite for parents and children.
Bedroom 4: Queen size four poster bed with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Connects with bedroom 3 via large walk through closet.
