Regular rates:
We own 3 townhouses units with 3 bedroom & 2 baths. We have 4 units of 4 bedroom with 3 baths. Inquire about our availability. Rest assure that we don't over book and we maintain our units to its highest standard. Owned and managed by a Christian family.
$79-$119/day & cleaning fee for less than 6 days.
$1500-$2000/Month + Florida tax; FREE cleaning fee!
We have unit for 1 year lease for $1200/month, utilities not included.
Based on Occupancy of 8 Persons.
Florida tax is 13% and cleaning fee is $65.00 for 3 bedroom unit and $75.00 for 4 bedroom unit. Inquire about our new 4 Bd/3br either in Venetian Bay Villages or our newest Seven Dwarfs Lane. Just open 2 months ago, annex of Venetian Bay Villages from the same company. If you email us we can work out some deal for you!

We allow small pets only addt'l $45.00 cleaning fee. Strictly NO SMOKING in any of our 4 townhouse units. Forfeiture of security deposit if you smoke inside our property.
Check in time is 4:00 PM
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Guests checking in early will have to wait at the Clubhouse until unit is ready for occupancy. If your flight arrival schedule is too early to check-in, please inform us so we can arrange with our custodian. Should you need some help or assistance, you can call us anytime.
Deposits
A security deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve the dates and get confirmation. However, the security deposit will not be deducted to your total rent because we return this to you by mail after you check-out if no damage or missing in the property. We cannot guarantee availability without payment.
