Our condo's are in tip top condition at all times. We pamper our guests and make sure there are the little "extras" to make their stay comfortable and stress free! Much like a resort at a fraction of the cost. Upon arrival, you will pleasantly surprised! You will be greeted with a basket of tropical delights. Our condos are the most beautiful condos you could imagine. They have been TOTALLY remodeled. You are less than 100 steps away from the oceans edge! We pride ourselves in having new tropical furnishings, decor, and all of the conveniences of home. We keep our condos fully stocked. Many "extras" are included. We splurge on guests amenities while other owners skimp. We truly care for our guests and want to make your vacation a wonderful experience. We have beautiful artwork, new appliances, upscale furnishings, new Cal. king beds, tv/vcr or dvd in both living room and bedroom, and your own private lanai with upscale table and chairs for relaxing. These are ground floor units which makes it most spacious and convenient. This oceanfront complex is set far off of the main road for ultimate peace, quiet, and safety. We have several condos to choose from. These condos are an awesome value$$$. Beware of condo's that are a few dollars less per night! Many have beds over 20 years old and have not been updated since the '70's! You really "get what you pay for" in Kona!! Our condo complex is located oceanfront on world famous Alii Dr., which is the main road that travels through town along the ocean. The complex is in the best on the island. Lush tropical gardens and ocean views are what you will see, smell, and hear everywhere you are. It is a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. It sets far off of the main road for peace, quiet, and safety! It is beautifully maintained. All you will hear is the ocean and the birds! This complex is the most well known and loved in all of Kona! There are vast areas of beach, gardens, and private open space to enjoy. Much like an upscale resort at a fraction of the price. The saltwater pool is a once in a lifetime experience you won't want to miss. It is right at the oceans edge, surrounded by lava rock . Ocean waves will mist you while you swim! There is also a fresh water swimming pool which is heated and just remodeled with gorgeous tile! A covered pavilion at the oceans edge has built in barbeques, tables, chairs, and tiki torches, which burn at night for your entertaining pleasures. There is a lobby with local entertainment information, a library to borrow books, and children's games and puzzles. Also, there are full laundry facilities on site. Attached to the complex is a convenience store, (which has groceries, deli, and liquor), a flower shop, and a discount bathing suit store. It is truly a place that has it all !!! Additional Rate InformationWe truly care for our guests and make things stress free, for a vacation you will remember, always!1 bd. unit: $135 / night / for 2 guests ** add $10 per night per for 3rd guest A one time $95 cleaning fee and 13.42% Hawaii State Sales tax is added to reservations. A 50% initial deposit is required to secure reservations, and the balance is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. A Visa/MC is also necessary for bookings as a damage retainer. 5 night minimum stay required. ** The average rate for a hotel in Hawaii is over $200/night. Having a condo, with all of the extra amenities that we offer for $125/night , is the best travel deal you will find! Extra space, a full kitchen, and lot's of great amenities make a condo your best choice. We are also here to assist you with all aspects of your Hawaiian vacation. We are a full service business who is always here to help with any questions or needs. Going to Hawaii can be a low cost vacation in paradise! *We have lovely 1 and 2 bedroom condos to offer. Just let us know if we can help! We offer a special rebate to guests who travel on Hawaiian Air. A 4% fee added to credit card payments **no refund given after 60 days prior to reserved dates unless condo can be re-rented. Shortened stays will receive no refund. In the town you will find everything your heart desires. Many fine dining restaurants as well as Mc Donalds will please all palates. You can have a very inexpensive vacation here. Our saltwater pool at the ocean's edge is amazing! For snorkeling, world famous Place of Refuge is not far away. This has been voted the worlds best snorkeling numerous times! Just up Alii Drive you will find Kahalu'u Beach. This is a wonderful place for the whole family to swim up close and personal with a huge variety of tropical fish and the famous green sea turtles!! White Sands Beach is less than a mile from the condo and is a wonderful soft sand beach where sea turtles bask in the warm waters of Kona. Captain Cook's Monument is minutes away from The City of Refuge and is a great history lesson. Memories of a lifetime await!! Volcano Viewing in Volcanoes National Park has it all. Currently lava is flowing for a spectacular lava watching experience !! Waterfalls are located all over the island. Close by Akaka Falls is a serene tropical place to see all of natures beauty. This is on the Hilo side of The Island. Dolphin Quest is a place for the entire family to get up close and personal while interacting with dolphins. It is located in the Waikoloa area. It's a real must see!!! Shopping is everywhere in the town of Kona. A bounty of gift shops are in the town. You will find everything from upscale boutiques to 99 cent stores for your shopping pleasures. Costco, Wal-mart, and Hilo Hatties are great places for food & souvenirs!! Just up the street you will find Keauhou Shopping Center. It has everything you'll want and need. A large grocery store, restaurants, candy and ice cream stores, movie theatres, clothing stores, and movie rentals are only some of what awaits!! There is a free shuttle bus that goes to the shopping center. Remember, The Big Island is huge! It is best to choose 3 or 4 attractions if you are staying for one week.
