Pama Hale (Palm House) of Moloaa Valley, Kauai, is nestled in a lush tropical garden at the end of a quiet and secluded road. It is only a two minute walk to the picturesque golden sand beach of Moloaa Bay....still undiscovered by tourists. Kauai has more sand beaches per mile of shoreline than any of the other Hawaiian Islands, and Moloaa beach is rated in the top 15 of these beaches.... yet you will often find yourself completely alone! Pama Hale offers privacy and seclusion, with exceptional details and qualities unique in a Hawaiian rental house. Our Indonesian-inspired house, designed with hardwood floors and constructed of beautiful redwood, offers a comfortable and relaxing living atmosphere. It is surrounded by our private and tranquil garden which includes palm trees, coconut trees, bamboo groves, exotic flowers, as well as a fruit orchard and stream with footbridge. All this tropical comfort at a reasonable price!

RATES / AVAILABILITY
PAMA HALE sleeps 4 persons comfortably (extra charge for additional guest).
*Please note that this is a non-smoking home and we do not allow pets.
*No parties / functions within the house or property.
RATES:
$250.00 per night for up to 4 people (5 night minimum) Year round rate
TAX:
11.417 % Hawaii taxes added to rental rate
CLEANING:
$175.00 non-refundable out-cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit (see below).
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $500.00 security deposit will be required to hold your reservation - to be paid within 7 days after reservation. It will be refunded (less out-cleaning fee) by mail within 30 days from the end of the Rental Term.
CANCELLATION:
You will forfeit your Security Deposit if cancellations are not received 60 days prior to arrival (90 days for a holiday rental). There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee if you cancel prior to this.
PAYMENT:
We accept international bank checks or wire transfers, we do NOT accept credit cards. The final balance due must be received in our office at least 60 days prior to the beginning of your rental period (90 days for rentals beginning between December 15 and January 5, May 22 and September 5).
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-In is at 3:00 PM, check-Out is at 10:00 a.m.

Please also respect the honored Hawaiian tradition and always remove your shoes while in the house.
