This lovely and immaculate 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront beach house features a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean from the large tiled lanai, making it a perfect place to relax with friends and family. Centrally located, Koa Hale is within walking distance of Kahaluu Beach Park Marine Reserve, a great place to spend the day, snorkel and take underwater photos. Koa Hale is only minutes away from from shopping, restaurants, deep sea charters, golf and 41/2 miles south of Kailua Bay.
Features of this home include Birch wood cabinets and granite countertops in both the kitchen and bath areas, white stone tile in all bath areas, large jacuzzi tub in the master bath, rare Koa wood flooring throughout, etched glass entry, remote controlled exterior blinds and awning.
Koa Hale is gated for your privacy with a garden courtyard and fountain waterfall feature. The full kitchen and bar area, formal dining and entertainment area are all located in the center of the home (wonderful for entertaining) with a large glass wall that opens onto the lanai bringing the outdoors in and filling the home with the soothing sounds of the ocean and a cooling sea breeze.
Amenities include a full kitchen with double door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, self cleaning oven, microwave, bar area, large capacity washer and dryer, all linens and beach towels, gas BBQ, entertainment center with large TV, CD and DVD. wireless Internet access, lanai lounges and outdoor dining area.

Our weekly rate is 3,000.00 (428.57 per night) if you would like to book the house for a longer visit, please inquire....rental rates are subject to 11.42% State of Hawaii tax...
We require a 500.00 security/damage deposit that is fully refundable no later than 30 days after departure.
The housekeeping fee is 250.00
To confirm your reservation, we require 25% of the total amount of the reservation no later than 7 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation must be done no later than 60 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund.
Payment can be made by check and payable to Campos Rental Company or we also accept credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account, they will bill you directly via e-mail, it's safe, secure and easy.

Kahaluu Beach Park is located within walking distance of Koa Hale. Just a great place to go and spend the day at the beach, swim with the Turtles, tropical fish and take underwater photos.
The Park has lots of amenities for just about everyone...surf school, rental shops for boogie boards, snorkle gear and surf boards.....shower and changing areas along with picnic areas and shady palms to relax under.
It is a marine reserve so grab a disposable underwater camera...there is a whole array of tropical fish and giant green sea turtles to swim with. We have beach towels, mats and ice chests at the house for you.
Longs Drug store and KTA Grocery store have everything you could possibly need and are only about 2 miles from the house at Keauhou Shopping Center along with other fine shops and restaurants. So have a wonderful day at the beach!
