This Pointe Santo De Sanibel condominium has a gorgeous view of the luxurious grounds and fresh water lake as well as the Gulf of Mexico. It is the perfect place to get away from it all! Come spend a week with us relaxing by the Gulf of Mexico, eating breakfast on the screened lanai overlooking the water's edge and taking advantage of Sanibel's natural beauty. You will feel as if you are in your very own personal paradise.
The condominium is located directly on the greatest shelling beach in the USA and the complex is rated by many as the most beautiful on sanibel Island.
Sanibel is home to a beautiful wildlife refuge - The J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge. It offers a breath-taking wildlife drive and several hiking trails in which you can observe native Floridian plants, birds and animals. For more information on the J.N. This luxurious, non-smoking condo (#B31) has central air and is professionally decorated. Both the master bedroom and living room open onto a private screened lanai for excellent viewing of the Gulf. The master bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and with the large sliding glass doors offers a beautiful garden view. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room which has an extra thick mattress. The unit is equipped with three cable TV's, a VCR, DVD's and stereo tape/CD sound system. The upscale decorator kitchen is large, bright and fully equipped and has a breakfast eating area. The living room is spacious as is the full-sized dining room. Ceiling fans are located in each room including the screened lanai. The unit is also equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided and you even have your own VIP parking space.
Bring your own laptop computer and enjoy a free wireless connection to the Internet from the condo, pool or the beach.

Terms and Conditions:
·Occupancy is normally Saturday-to-Saturday. Other dates subject to availability.
·This is a non-smoking unit.
·Sorry but pets are not allowed.
·A $300 deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. ($500 for rental of more than two weeks).
·Florida and local taxes of 9% of rental are not included in the rate and are subject to change.
·We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
·Cleaning is done once following each rental and fees are included.
·Cancellation Policy: Deposits are retained unless written notice is received at least 90 days prior to arrival. All fees are retained if cancellation is within 30 days (subject to unit’s ability to be rented again during the time in question).
·Guaranteed check-in is after 4pm on the day of arrival and checkout is before 10am on the departure date.
·Travel insurance is available and is recommended. It generally amounts to 3½% of the rent.
