Located on the east side of Chautauqua Lake (Route 430) next to Point Chautauqua Golf Course. 3 Bedroom + loft, 2 bath condominium with a beautiful lake view. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, washer/dryer, cable tv, A/C. Swimming Pool and tennis courts at the complex. Docking is not available on site. If you need to dock a boat, you can dock at Chautauqua Marina (across the lake) for around $120 per week. Sleeps 6/8 max. Bd#1-King, Bd#2-Queen, Bd#3-2 twins. NO SMOKING/NO PETS! This property offers Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance for $105.00 per week during the summer season, not included in below rate. **RENTS FRI-FRI**
