Amberlea House is an English Tudor style home located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake, a short stroll to the lake and fine shops. The house sits on a beautifully landscaped property nestled among Pines, Olive trees and English Ivy.
The Amberlea House has been completely renovated and decorated and features a newly built, heated in-ground kidney shaped pool. The backyard is an oasis surrounded by Silver Birch and big Oak trees,a large interlocking brick patio with dining and lounging areas, and a Gas BBQ that is connected to the house.
The Amberlea House offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub, 2 fireplaces, laundry, dishwasher, wireless internet access and Central Air Conditioning. There is beautiful woodwork throughout the home which is typically found in an English Tudor home.
The spacious Living Room has built in bookcases, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, Fireplace, 32" flat screen TV with DVD, Stereo with a 5 CD changer and plenty of comfortable seating including a huge sectional sofa that can seat many people.
It overlooks the Dining Room which features a large Oak table with leather chairs and a picture window that looks out over the treed backyard, patio and pool.
The Amberlea House has 3 full bathrooms and 5 spacious bedrooms comprising of: 1 King room, 3 Queen rooms and 1 twin room.
The Master Bedroom features a King Size Brass Bed, country quilt, a bricked-in gas fireplace, TV/DVD and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom#2 is a Queen bedroom with ensuite or it can be shared with the other Queen bedroom on this floor. It has a heavy cannonball bed and romantic bed linens. It's double windows overlook the pool and garden.
Bedroom#3 is a Queen bedroom with a Shaker stlye 4 poster bed. The feeling is simple country with the floral duvet and pine furniture.
Bedroom#4 is a Queen with a brass and yellow floral bed linens.
Bedroom#5 is a twin room with 2 twin beds. It is a very pretty room with yellow and green country quilts and large windows.
The 3rd full bathroom is in between the Queen room and the Twin room. All bathrooms have been renovated and the two of them have bath tubs as well as showers.
The newly renovated, country kitchen features a Jenn-Air slide in stove and a dishwasher. It has a breakfast nook with table and chairs and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck which overlooks the huge treed lot and the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything including a dishwasher. The view from the kitchen sink is beautiful, looking out to the treed back garden.
OUTDOOR LIVING: The Amberlea House sits on a large lot filled with many different trees and a pretty English garden. The pathway meanders to the front door which is covered in Ivy.
There are several Silver Birch Trees and Pines that surround the pool making the backyard very rustic and private.

There is a three night minimum for nightly bookings during High Season and holiday weekends. We accept two night bookings outside of High Season. Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability.
No smoking or pets please. A maximum of 10 guests allowed on the property at any time. Check in Time: 4:00 pm Check out Time: 11:00 am.
All rates are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa and Master Card
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date
