A beautifully furnished 1920's character home with a heated, private pool, located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake.
The home also features a fireplace, a Jacuzzi Tub in the Master, four full bathrooms, wireless internet access and 2 Large TVs/DVD's.
Aylesbury Manor is an elegant and spacious home that has been extensively renovated. All hardwood floors have been restored to original condition and all 4 bathrooms and kitchen have been completely remodelled.
The house sits on a large corner lot with mature trees and professional landscaping. The fenced backyard is a private oasis with an inground pool and a raised wooden deck.
Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host 6-10 guests and with its many large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for family get togethers and celebrations with good friends.
Aylesbury Manor is furnished with antiques mixed in with new pieces and some collectables. The overall feeling is typical to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The Main Floor: The main floor features several large principal rooms that make it easy for guests to be together. The Foyer of the house is welcoming with an antique tub chair and a writing desk. Here you can find brochures and all kinds of information about the town.
The Foyer leads to the tastefully furnished Living room that features a ceiling to floor fireplace, several windows, gleaming hardwood floor, 32 inch TV/DVD and plenty of comfortable seating. There are 2 chairs and 2 large sofas, one being a double sofa bed. This room makes a really cosy room in the winter as well. We provide firewood for your enjoyment.
The Sitting Room is found between the Living room and the Dining room. It has a wicker sofa, chair and table. Overlooking the Dining Room, it is a quiet corner to read a book.
The Dining Room has a pine harvest table and black high back chairs. The ceramic floor, sisal carpet and pine furniture gives it an authentic country feeling.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is very large and has recently been remodelled. It features all amenities including a large fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and all equipment needed to create a great meal.
From the Dining room and kitchen follows the large and comfortable Family room which is furnished with large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is another TV/DVD and the 4th full bathroom adjacent to this room which allows it to double as a fourth bedroom very easily. It is also located at the back part of the house making it quite private.
The Sun Room is at the very back of the house and features 3 large windows and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to the deck and pool. Decorated in Scandinavian style this room is bright and cheery, a great place for breakfast and lunch. On rainy nights or when the bugs are out it is a great alternative to eating outdoors
The Second Floor: Upstairs is where the 3 Queen Size Bedrooms are located. They each have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors, beautiful comforters, and antique pieces.
The Master bedroom features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi tub in its ensuite bathroom.
Outdoor Living: The private backyard is a great place to relax by the pool with family and friends. It features a 40X20 foot inground pool with diving board, a professionally landscaped garden full of flowering perennials, patio and a raised wooden deck with dining area with market umbrella and a BBQ. Although the pool is very large there is still plenty of green grass and Silver Birch trees making it a great area for the kids to play.
During the winter months the pool is covered with a high security cover that bolts down onto the concrete deck.
Other Features: The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor concealed behind double white doors on the landing. The house is fully equipped with all amenities including 28” TV, VCR, DVD and Stereo with CD player. Aylesbury Manor has Central Air Conditioning. There is parking for 4 cars. All linens and towels are included.

There is a three night minimum for nightly bookings during High Season and holiday weekends. We accept two night bookings outside of High Season. Weekly bookings are from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability. Rates apply to a maximum of 8 guests. Additional surcharge of $50.00 per person per night will be applied up to a maximum of 10 guests.
No smoking or pets please. A maximum of 10 guests allowed on the property at any time. Check in Time: 4:00 pm Check out Time: 11:00 am.
5% GST will apply to rates.
All rates are in Canadian dollars. We accept Visa and Master Card. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date.
