Three story ocean front living with three spacious bedrooms, four baths and 4 panoramic ocean view decks. The first floor opens to the Strand patio with a custom entertainment bar, family room and office and also has a queen sofa bed.. The second floor has the great room with two master bedrooms and the third floor is all master suite with a Jacuzzi on a very private deck accessible by all. All 3 master bedrooms of this luxury home have queen beds with plenty of drawers & closet space. The private Jacuzzi is located on the third floor at the top of a spiral staircase. The two other bedrooms are located on the 2nd. This is ocean front living at its best fully furnished including linens, beach towels and more.
The Neighborhood: Hermosa Beach is a small, beach community in the South Bay, ten minutes from LAX - a Los Angeles secret. The small town provides all needs within walking distance, and has a wonderful, picturesque, warm and relaxed yet swinging, beach community. Everyone is friendly and mellow, and the city of Los Angeles is only 20 minutes away. The great weather, constant cooling sea breezes keep the temperatures in the 70-80s, and the sun is always shining. Morning and evening are cool, days are delicious. Deep and clean beaches, great volleyball, surfing, boating, swimming, and dining keep this town as mellow and rockin' as you want it to be.
